Descrition; Mixture of hand picked natural sandstone carved & arranged, with vintage iron mechanical components incorparated. With coolant tray/ fuctioning bird bath pond rockery .
Service; This a build & install service, allowing the client to propose a design for collaboration or either collude in a design submited by Benc.

  • Price & Returns Policy;

    This arrangement cost.

    All arrangements vary dependant on location, rock & ornaments chosen to be incorparated, with of course scale & how elaborate client chooses.

    After an initial consultation & acceptance of project design, where the client is verry much free to input their ideas, a quote can be given. There is no charge for consultation.

     

    We aim to give you total confidence with your purchase/s,  in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.   Most items* purchased from Benconstruct can be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase (or if applicable, from the date of delivery). You do not have to give a reason for returning the item/s.

    You will receive a refund of the full purchase price of the item/s, less any delivery and packaging costs incurred by Benc.construct.

    PLEASE NOTE WITH THIS PRODUCT; That £400-  is made up in delivery and installation, And its return would accumulate a cost of £800-.

  • Stock & Delivery Times;

    Out of Stock - 2 week construction lead time.

    2 to 3 days, after construction & exceptance by client. 

    IMPORTANT NOTE; When not in stock, the availability of the craftsman can cause delays to the lead time, which is subject to existing commisions being completed. Please always check prior to payment your lead & delivery time schedule quote.

  • Shipping information

    Our aim is to convey & install the product to the customer in immaculate condition in a safe and efficient manor to a place of their choosing.

    Delivery & instalation will be carried out by Benc.

    A 12 hr time slot would be require to access safely the location to position & locate the arrangement to the clients satisfaction. Please feel free to contact us for any help or info you require.
